Evidence first

Provider claims should be backed by primary documentation, client case studies, product documentation, reputable corporate reporting or other verifiable sources.

Self-reported claims

Where a metric is reported by a provider but cannot be independently verified, it is labeled as self-reported or attributed directly to the company.

Rankings

Rankings apply only within the published methodology. A top-ranked provider is not necessarily the best fit for every buyer or every technical environment.

Commercial disclosure

The initial research series was commissioned by Critical Future. This relationship is disclosed on the publication and does not change the requirement to identify evidence limitations.
